Designing.

The thorough knowledge of compressed air manufacture process allows our experts to design new and to reconstruct existing systems of compressed air supply , to apply the advanced engineering decisions increasing a resource and minimising compressor station power consumption.

Competent ion and equipment arrangement, calculation of pipelines, the complex approach to designing interchange ventilation, optimum algorithm of automation of all technological processes, give to our customers considerable financial expenses reduction at building of compressor station and in the course of its operation.

Manufacture.

Compressor equipment manufacture is carried out at factory in Ekaterinburg. The structure of an industrial complex includes shops, a modern warehouse, the test bed, service shops, the engineering and trainig centres. It allows to reduce essentially terms of delivery of compressors to consumers, to carry out urgent and off-schedule maitenance, to carry out high quality service of equipment.

JSC "UKM" has long-term compressor stations manufacture experience. Today in factory shops are made oil-filled screw compressors of various capacity and models:

Screw compressors on receiver UR series, Capacity 0,47 - 1,00 m3/min., pressure 8 - 10 atm;
Stationary screw compressors U series, Capacity 0,90 - 41,60 m3/min., pressure 7 - 14 atm; Stationary screw compressors series Uinv series with frequency converter; Stationary screw compressors series Um series with double electric drive, Capacity 25,20 - 51,20 m3/min., pressure 7 - 14 atm;
Stationary screw compressors series UD series with diesel drive, Capacity 6,0 - 20,0 m3/min., pressure 7 - 13 atm;

For customer equipment service our company use only original spare parts, including such major elements, as lubricants, filters and separators and consequently you will be delievered from risk of failure or a malfunction that it is impossible to tell about spare parts of an unknown origin and manufacture. Our company is focused on the customer and interested in the prompt accomplishment of all repair work and failures. And consequently in our warehouse all necessary assortment of expendable materials and spare parts for screw compressors of U series is constantly supported.
